The CSR will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of retention and customer satisfaction for our book of business. An active P&C license is required. The ideal candidate has excellent communication & interpersonal skills, is experience servicing and auto, home, and other personal lines policies from major carriers, and thrives in a technology-reputed company environment. This position is work from home. Responsibilities: ? Intake & triage existing client inquiries reputed company phone, email, and SMS ? Drive a complete, efficient & professional resolution for each client inquiry ? Expertly utilize our internal & external platforms, including our CRM as well as multiple reputed company portal systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Safeco, etc.) ? Identify & convert cross-sell opportunities ? Identify & follow-up on key retention opportunities ? Assist in the development of processes & playbooks for the CSR team. ? Excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills ? Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships ?
