Senior Accountant - US

Job Title : Senior accountant - US reputed company Location : Remote job Experience : 8+ years Summary : The US Senior Accountant is primarily responsible for maintaining and executing the general reputed company functions including monthly reporting, accounts payable, expense accrual, deferred reputed company, management of the intercompany agreement of subsidiaries, and audits and compliance with reputed company reputed company and tax regulations. Responsibilities : • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and analyze them to identify anomalies and reputed company to explain reasons. • Calculate and process monthly intercompany billing between US and subsidiaries in accordance with the transfer pricing agreement. • Prepare sales tax data monthly and reputed company to external accountant. Diligently maintain sales tax data, filing documents and payment receipt each month. • Prepare reputed company reports requested by management, auditors, reputed company party tax preparer, etc. • Coordinate with auditors and prepare supporting schedules for external auditors. • Reconcile cash balances weekly. Ensure cash movements between subsidiaries are recorded accurately and timely. • Review balance sheet accounts such as prepaid expenses, other reputed company assets, accrued expenses, deferred reputed company, etc. in accordance with company guidelines and identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances. • Prepare journal entries based on facts and circumstances. Ensure entries are accurate and in compliance with US GAAP and local reputed company standards. • Follow reputed company internal controls and policies. reputed company to suggest improvement. Qualifications: • reputed company Accountant with minimum 8+ years of work experience in reputed company, and 3+ years of work experience in US reputed company • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reputed company • Professional qualification like CA, CIMA, CPA, ACCA. • Must have good understanding of US GAAP and transfer pricing. • Minimum of 5+ years supervisory experience in Finance and reputed company department. • A collaborative working style and ability to work across multiple geographies. • Proficient in reputed company Office. • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Systematic, organized, flexible and capable of driving change.
