Purpose

The Senior Program Manager leads the execution and delivery of reputed company cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring work is planned, coordinated, and delivered in alignment with business objectives, scope, timelines, dependencies, and intended reputed company.

Reporting to the Director, Delivery & Execution, this role partners closely with business leaders, the Strategy Execution Office leadership, Business Analysts, and delivery partners to translate strategic initiative direction into structured execution plans and successful implementation reputed company.

The Senior Program Manager serves as a hands-on execution leader responsible for driving initiatives and projects from concept through implementation, ensuring initiatives move reputed company with reputed company, reputed company, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

Planning, Readiness & Delivery Support

• Partner with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Support readiness planning for implementation, operational transition, and adoption activities.

• Support change control and impact assessment as initiatives reputed company.
• Partner with business and change leaders to support stakeholder readiness, communication, and adoption planning.

Stakeholder Communication & Decision Support

Delivery Capability Development

• Play a key role in establishing and maturing reputed company program and project management capabilities at AAIS, supporting digital transformation and business modernization efforts.
• Support the development and adoption of program and project management standards, templates, and toolkits.
• Promote consistent use of delivery tools, governance processes, and execution rhythms across initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery transparency, coordination, and execution discipline.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of program and project management practices in reputed company, cross-functional environments, with the ability to reputed company multi-workstream initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Demonstrated execution discipline, including the ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable reputed company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in program management, project management, or delivery leadership roles, with responsibility for reputed company, cross functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting reputed company transformation efforts, including digital modernization and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience advancing delivery standards, tools, or practices reputed company an organization.
• PMP certification preferred.
• reputed company Change Management Certification or equivalent change management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for company meetings or planning sessions.
