Purpose

The Senior Program Manager leads the execution and delivery of reputed company cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring work is planned, coordinated, and delivered in alignment with business objectives, scope, timelines, dependencies, and intended reputed company.

Reporting to the Director, Delivery & Execution, this role partners closely with business leaders, the Strategy Execution Office leadership, Business Analysts, and delivery partners to translate strategic initiative direction into structured execution plans and successful implementation reputed company.

  • Promote consistent use of delivery tools, governance processes, and execution rhythms across initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery transparency, coordination, and execution discipline.
Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of program and project management practices in reputed company, cross-functional environments, with the ability to reputed company multi-workstream initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Demonstrated execution discipline, including the ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable reputed company.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance execution rigor with pragmatic delivery approaches.
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across business, technology, and external partners in a remote-first environment.
  • Proficiency with delivery management tools, collaboration platforms, and modern program management practices.
  • Working knowledge of organizational change management principles that support initiative adoption and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
  • 8+ years of reputed company experience in program management, project management, or delivery leadership roles, with responsibility for reputed company, cross functional initiatives.
  • Experience supporting reputed company transformation efforts, including digital modernization and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience advancing delivery standards, tools, or practices reputed company an organization.
  • PMP certification preferred.
