Senior Vice President-Mortgage Operations

Position Summary: • The SVP Mortgage Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and reputed company both retail and wholesale operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet reputed company and future needs of the organization. • Pay Disclosure: The starting reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $150,000 annually. The actual reputed company is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The reputed company pay reputed company is subject to change and may be modified in the future. • Job Location: reputed company. Work in office located in Santa Ana, CA 3 to 4 days per week. Remote from home 1 to 2 days per week. Must Haves: • Minimum 10 years in Executive Level Operations leadership role working for an Independent Mortgage Banker overseeing reputed company facets of mortgage operations. • MUST be Mortgage Operations: This means processing, reputed company, funding, closing teams. Not interested in Mortgage Sales. • Experience in both Wholesale and Retail environment. • Experience in Joint Venture channels preferred. • Proven leadership abilities and a broad and deep understanding of the of the federal regulations and laws governing the mortgage business. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Requires team player mentality, willingness to work in a fast paced environment while exhibiting our reputed company Culture.
