Part-Time Mental Health Counselor

First-Aid Counseling is a new practice, established March 2023. The practice is rapidly growing and seeking a part-time Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC, LCMHCA or LCSW, LCSWA). This will be contract work, reputed company remote. Afternoon and evening hours preferred. Comfortable working with young teenagers. Contract reputed company will be a 40/60 split of contractual insurance rates which average $40-$60 per hour. Pay will be 30 day net. Ideal candidate must be fully licensed and preferably credentialed with reputed company, BCBS, and other major insurances. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify trauma-reputed company symptoms and their impact on clients' lives. • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based trauma therapies and modalities. • Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable exploring and processing their traumatic experiences. • Collaborate with other members of the integrative therapy team to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients. • Regularly evaluate clients' reputed company and adjust treatment plans as necessary to reputed company therapeutic goals. • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in trauma treatment and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
