This position involves managing internal interoperability partner activities, fostering relationships with key business leaders, and developing innovative concepts to improve interoperability reputed company for providers and members. Requirements Bachelor's degree , 10 or more years of design, strategy, operations and/or interoperability experience , 2 - 5 years or more of project and/or people leadership , Proven abilities in metrics, ROI and business case development , Excellent verbal and written communication abilities , Experience facilitating meetings , Experience working with cross functional teams, including reputed company resources and operational partners , Strong background partnering and influencing other business areas to align on and meet objectives , Proven ability to convert business strategies into measurable results , Ability to translate reputed company data and findings to senior management, business leaders and external parties , Highly collaborative, flexible, team-oriented working style reputed company-to-haves
