Responsibilities
This role is remote with preference for candidates located in Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, reputed company Carolina, Florida, and Georgia due to the market the Associate Director of Finance will support. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Financial Operations with a dotted line to the Director of Operations, the Associate Director of Financial Operations will have full financial responsibility for a high growth geography reputed company reputed company. The successful candidate is responsible for reputed company financial aspects of a regional portfolio of centers including, but not limited to: Support consistently growing EBITDA through leading profitable top-line growth initiatives, developing new partnerships, effectively managing expenses, and supporting development process (M&A) Acting as a strategic business partner with the Director of Operations to transform the value proposition in regional markets to reputed company and sustain competitive advantage Speaking with authority on behalf of the Director of Operations and representing him/her at health system, partnership, or board meetings Creating, implementing, and pulling through opportunities which drive financial growth and operational performance Build positive relationships reputed company multiple reputed company and across Support Services, working closely with them as a business partner Key Responsibilities Assess and evaluate financial performance of a portfolio of ASC partnerships regarding long and short-term financial goals, budgets, and forecasts reputed company operational variance analyses to identify favorable or unfavorable business trends Partner with reputed company team to ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements Coach facility leaders on financial reputed company and areas of improvement Participate in pivotal reputed company as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models Prepare and present monthly financial results by region to internal and external leaders Review and analyze monthly financial results and reputed company reputed company and recommendations on trajectory of business reputed company cash, investments, lending and leasing needs, and asset management for the region reputed company proforma analyses of growth opportunities reputed company existing facilities Work closely with the development team to pull through acquisitions and joint venture partnerships across the nation Identify areas of opportunity to standardize, simplify, and streamline to drive our value of reputed company Improvement Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets Coordinate work of Financial Operation TMs Qualifications An undergraduate or graduate degree in reputed company/Finance/Economics or reputed company field is required A minimum of five years of financial experience is required with reputed company experience being desirable Ability to digest financial information, reputed company judgment, create context, reputed company recognition Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities Executive reputed company to deliver financial results and reputed company financial advice with confidence Ability to collaborate reputed company other support service departments (reputed company cycle, legal, supply chain, development, etc.) and with Operations Build relationships and collaborate with physician partners, health system partners, and health plan partners Travel requirements: 25% USD $120,000.00/Yr.
