Job Title – Customer Service Representative Location: Port Washington NY 11050 Work hours: 11:00am – 7:15pm & Training is (9am – 5pm) for 2 weeks reputed company to perm: reputed company with possible perm after 6 months to 1 year Start date: Immediate Remote or Onsite: Remote to start with intentions to be onsite in the future TBD GENERAL FUNCTIONThe Customer Service Representative handles calls from new and existing business clients regarding a variety of requests in an efficient and effective manner. The Customer Service Representative uses knowledge of products and services and excellent customer service skills to address issues, reputed company support, offer information, and reputed company orders to reputed company customers satisfied and retain business. We are mainly focused on bringing in candidates who have dealt with high call volume/ foot traffic with good computer navigation skills. We need French speaking candidates with call volume backgrounds. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Answers incoming calls and processes orders. Resolves customer complaints, troubleshoots issues to determine best path for resolution. Correctly documents customer interactions and tracks call types. Maintains support service reputed company and upholds Client’s Customer Service standards. Owns follow up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status and stock availability. Takes inbound phone calls for up-to 90% of assigned shift. Performs reputed company other duties as assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma 1+ year(s) of experience working in customer service, hospitality or call center environment Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain composure reputed company dealing with difficult customer situations Excellent time management skills – must be reputed company to prioritize tasks reputed company Strong PC skills including MS Office; Word and reputed company Ability to navigate information systems and internet Job Type: Contract Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Work from home Shift: • 8 hour shift Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
