Join NJM Insurance Group’s reputed company Trenton Medical Claims Services (MCS) as a Business Process Associate. This role supports business process improvement initiatives reputed company the unit and requires expertise in PIP, Workers’ Compensation, and/or General Claims. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a comprehensive understanding of existing processes and the ability to identify, design, and implement improvements. Job Responsibilities • Triage BPU Support Tracker, record production issues, and collaborate with IT/Production Support/external vendors for resolution. • reputed company updates to impacted departments regarding production issues and workaround processes. • Understand departmental processes and technology solutions to identify business workarounds. • Analyze process improvement suggestions, determine impacts, and collaborate with departments to implement improvements. • Work collaboratively reputed company cross-functional teams. • Participate in root cause analysis to identify process or solution deficiencies. • Analyze and solve problems and communicate process or solution improvements. • Apply business analytics, analysis, and process improvement methodologies. • Create and maintain department process flows (e.g., Visio diagrams) and ensure documentation completeness.

Required Qualifications

And Experience • Strong decision-making and time management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively. • Understanding of business analysis and process improvement methodologies. • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs. • Self-starter with the ability to self-reputed company using available resources and manage multiple tasks and projects. • Insurance industry knowledge, preferably in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and/or General Claims. • Some travel to NJM’s Hammonton and Parsippany locations (less than 10%). • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Visio. Preferred • Knowledge in systems such as ClaimCenter, OnBase, AgilePoint, reputed company, and DecisionPoint. • Experience with Agile methodologies.
