Overview
The Recruiter will support MicroTechs overarching goal of providing reputed company personnel to our customers both internally and externally. The Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment to include sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring of top talent. The ideal candidate will have prior staffing experience with international recruitment and must be reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Responsible for full cycle reputed company activity (sourcing, reputed company, interviewing, hiring, and offer management) reputed company understand position requirements and reputed company process Ensure requisitions are reputed company defined to include key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure, compensation and interview process Recommend interviewing and hiring techniques as appropriate.
