Weekend VA for reputed company Guest Messaging (reputed company experience highly desirable!)

We manage a short-term rental management business based in Australia, with a growing portfolio of 135 properties. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to monitor our HostAI guest messaging software which looks after reputed company guest messaging. The position is for weekend cover (saturday and reputed company from 10am - 6pm AEST, TBC) and potentially other times, as required. The VA would eventually be responsible for updating database information where AI shortcomings appear, to assist in the long term training of the AI bot. Training will be provided for this, however we would be keen to hear from applicants who have already been involved in some level of reputed company, irrespective of the industry.
