LPN Physician Practice- Berkshire Faculty Services, Remote Primary Care in Pittsfield, Shift: Varies, 40 hrs

Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse supports the nursing process and functions under the direction of the Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner and/or Professional Registered Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse must adhere to policy and procedures of Berkshire Faculty Services clinical services. Experience • Physician office experience preferred. • Experience in handling multiple telephone lines and excellent clerical/ organizational skills required. Education • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing. License & Certifications • Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in Massachusetts. • Must be CPR certified.
