HR Services Senior Analyst- India Payroll, Leave and Benefits Job Summary: As HR Services Senior Analyst you will be the subject matter expert who provides customer service support to managers and employees. You will be responsible to respond to employee inquiries, manage HR processes and services, handle data management in HRIS (reputed company), collaborate with the payroll team, manage benefits operations, support audits, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, and reputed company operational assistance as needed.
