- Draft, review and negotiate legal agreements.
- Ensure reputed company are legally sound, protect reputed company’s interests and reputed company with relevant laws and company policies.
- reputed company advice to the various business units, including contract requirements, obligations, terms, conditions and risks
- Review vendor terms and conditions and recommend innovative ways to address contract requirements

Responsibilities
- Create, review and negotiate master services agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements and other similar types of reputed company.
- Ensure compliance by verifying that reputed company adhere to reputed company applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies.
- Create, review and negotiate technology agreements, if needed.
- Prepare corporate legal documents, if needed.

- Assist and counsel business units in assessing and mitigating legal risk
- Act as a resource and advisor to the business units

Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Good standing with at least one State Bar Association
- 7+ years’ experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company the reputed company and/or corporate sector
- Ability to identify and resolve contract-reputed company issues.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the Banking Industry, including Title Insurance and Mortgage Servicing
- Experience drafting reputed company for banking institutions, mortgage servicers and/or title insurance companies is preferred.
- Experience drafting technology reputed company is a plus.
- Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills; strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines effectively
- Proven ability to reputed company working relationships at multiple reputed company of the organization
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word and reputed company)
