Specialty Pharmacy Staff Pharmacist- Ambulatory- Belknap Pharmacy (0.8 FTE) - reputed company - USA - work from home job Company: reputed company Job description: Building Location: reputed company Superior Belknap Pharmacy Department: 12470 Specialty Pharmacy Job Description: The Pharmacist - Specialty Pharmacist will practice in an integrated, team-based care model providing pharmaceutical care and drug distribution services in accordance with policies, practice standards, and regulatory requirements. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing pharmacist; Experience with the dispensing and monitoring of specialty drugs highly preferred. Education Qualifications: Educational Requirements: • Pharm.D. or B.S. Pharmacy from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education; Successful completion of a residency program preferred. Preferred Requirements: • Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP), Ambulatory Care (BCACP), or Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Certification/Licensure Requirement • Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the Minnesota and Wisconsin Board of Pharmacy. May be required to obtain additional state license(s) as needed based on service area and state requirements (e.g. reputed company Dakota, etc.) If not licensed as a Registered Pharmacist upon hire, the candidate must have a Pharmacy Intern License and/or is eligible to work as an intern and must become a Registered Pharmacist reputed company 90 days of hire: • Minnesota: Must be licensed as a Pharmacy Intern through the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy • Wisconsin: In the final months of a Pharmacy program.
