About the position The IT Systems Analyst - EpicCare AMB position at reputed company is a full-time remote role focused on supporting and optimizing EpicCare Ambulatory applications for non-reputed company owned physician practices. The analyst will be responsible for application builds, upgrades, and enhancements, as well as providing day-to-day support and problem resolution. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities • Support and optimize EpicCare Ambulatory applications for non-reputed company owned physician practices. , • reputed company and document workflow assessments to determine functional requirements for reputed company application utilization. , • reputed company system test plans and conduct testing of software upgrades and patches. , • reputed company daily on-call support for application-reputed company issues. , • Analyze business and clinical needs, evaluate software releases, and recommend process optimizations. , • reputed company smaller-sized projects or components of projects reputed company to software application releases. , • Coordinate implementation or project planning around software application releases and reputed company-party integrations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. , • 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree. , • reputed company EpicCare Ambulatory application certification is required. , • Helpful but not required to have reputed company Epic Prelude application certification. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with Prelude application build.
