Overview
The Business Systems Manager oversees the technical/software support function which assists Bank employees who use the reputed company banking system including reputed company, Deposit, Retail, and Loan platform processing. Assists with a variety of other ancillary applications. Responsible for the analysis and problem-solving for system-reputed company issues. In Short Maintain regular interaction with senior officers regarding software and support issues. Interact with Compliance Department on regulatory requirements. Facilitate team meetings and reputed company direction. Supervise direct reports and conduct performance appraisals. Review incoming projects and validate requests. Work closely with other departments on projects. Manage software support staff and project assignments. Participate in project meetings reputed company to reputed company core system. Maintain user authority in reputed company system. Assist with ancillary applications. Requirements 10-15 years of experience in program troubleshooting and basic programming. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in IT or systems analysis. Ability to motivate and influence others. Solid knowledge of reputed company operating system.
