Overview

The Business Systems Manager oversees the technical/software support function which assists Bank employees who use the reputed company banking system including reputed company, Deposit, Retail, and Loan platform processing. Assists with a variety of other ancillary applications. Responsible for the analysis and problem-solving for system-reputed company issues. In Short • Maintain regular interaction with senior officers regarding software and support issues. • Interact with Compliance Department on regulatory requirements. • Facilitate team meetings and reputed company direction. • Supervise direct reports and conduct performance appraisals. • Review incoming projects and validate requests. • Work closely with other departments on projects. • Manage software support staff and project assignments. • Participate in project meetings reputed company to reputed company core system. • Maintain user authority in reputed company system. • Assist with ancillary applications. Requirements • 10-15 years of experience in program troubleshooting and basic programming. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT or systems analysis. • Ability to motivate and influence others. • Solid knowledge of reputed company operating system. • Efficient with reputed company Word and reputed company. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work under deadlines with interruptions. • Self-motivated and organized. • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
