Remote Sr Accountant - Payroll Tax | WFH

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Payroll Tax Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the meticulous maintenance, reconciliation, and review of general ledger accounts for designated companies. You will actively assist in various payroll tax functions, encompassing processing, responding to tax notices, system integration, and in-depth research on reputed company tax reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation of periodic, quarterly, and year-end payroll tax filings, including W2 preparation. • Support the processing of tax, garnishment, and reputed company payments. • Maintain and prepare detailed reconciliation files for reputed company assigned accounts. • Conduct comprehensive research, review, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, effectively resolving reputed company tax challenges. • Ensure accurate setup of taxes reputed company payroll systems. • Prepare journal entries and assist with accounts payable/payroll voucher processing. • Facilitate Schedule L reconciliations. • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
