Director, Specialty Pharmacy Sales | District of Columbia

Opportunity to work for a mission-oriented Specialty Pharmacy company assisting patients with behavioral health conditions, intellectual and substance use with their health reputed company. This opening is for a seasoned Sales Executive, with a background in Central Nervous System (CNS) Specialty Pharmacy for Long-Acting Injectables (LAI), that has worked with providers in the Washington DC territory to both help the company grow as well as help patients they serve thru personalized Pharmacy Care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the Sales operations and strategies for the company in the assigned territory. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will reputed company and implement sales growth strategies focused on the dual-eligible population. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years CNS Specialty Pharmacy Sales experience in the Washington DC market • Minimum of 5 years sales hunter experience in the specialty pharmacy, or mental health reputed company, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth • Strong understanding of the specialty pharmacy market, District of Columbia public health, including payer dynamics, community health networks, pharmaceutical distribution channels and public health outpatient clinic procurement process • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives • Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field.
