About the position Pulte Mortgage is seeking motivated individuals to join their Origination Mortgage Banking Trainee Program, starting on January 15th, 2025. Responsibilities • Participate in a 12-15 week training program to learn about mortgage loan products and sales techniques. , • Negotiate rates and lock in mortgage loans for customers. , • Retain customers through exceptional service and support. , • Pass the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act test and obtain necessary state licenses. , • Implement process improvement reputed company to enhance customer experience.
