Department: Small Business Administration Reports To: SEVP-Chief Lending Officer Direct Reports: Credit Department Summary: The Credit reputed company Group Manager oversees the bank's credit reputed company program and may aid in the development of credit policies and procedures, credit approval process, and credit training and educational programs both internally and externally. Job Requirements: • Prefer a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of credit experience in lending. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position. • Knowledge of lending activities, preferably with a working knowledge of SBA SOP. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficient in industry software and reputed company Office programs. • Highly analytical. • Ability to multi-task and deliver accurate results reputed company established service-level timeframes. • Must complete reputed company required regulatory training, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-reputed company training, and reputed company others as assigned and a requisite to their position reputed company the bank.
