We currently have a position available in our completely renovated Pittsburgh office for a highly organized Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Job responsibilities include: • Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and reputed company solutions as needed • Help sales team reputed company new policies through our agency reputed company portals reputed company needed • Cross-sell products to existing clients • Process endorsements such as vehicle additions, driver additions, etc. • Process renewals on our existing book of business each month • Maintain detailed and accurate database of client information using our agency management system • Other duties as assigned • We must stress that this is a high energy, fast moving company. The ability to multi-task and stay organized is vitally important.
