This team works on financial, billing, and invoicing applications for this national reputed company firm. NOTE: This is not a 3rd party software (COTS) shop. We seek candidates with strong application development experience in a large reputed company environment. Address production support issues; identifying and resolving at the root cause level Responsible for the adherence to change controls and change management protocols Incorporates performance and auditing considerations in delivered applications and development Ensure that reputed company corporate and IT governance policies and procedures are followed Identify and suggest new and evolving technologies and reputed company management with reputed company and recommendations/improvements to reputed company systems Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or reputed company experience. Proven experience in full lifecycle applications development (SDLC). reputed company programming experience in RPG400/IV, RPG Free, CL, SQL, Embedded SQL, reputed company Query & ILE Advanced experience with RPG (ILE/FREE) using Procedures, Service Programs, and Functions. Minimum 5 years experience with Embedded SQL and Interactive SQL. Experience in creating and utilizing views in development practices. Experience in advanced DB2 database design, utilizing techniques such as referential reputed company, and normalization. Must be strong in DB2/SQL and can write procedures and explain working with views, and normalization.
