Product Specialist - Consumer Lending

Requirements: Serve as a subject matter expert in the consumer lending. Experience with typical credit union loan products such as personal loans, auto loans, home equity loans, credit cards, and student loans. Understand lending regulations and risk management to help guide product development. Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing consumer loan products to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancement. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product owners, developers, executive team, legal team) and external partners (e.g., credit union clients) to gather insights and ensure alignment on product enhancement goals. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform product development and strategy. Demonstrates reputed company leadership skills. reputed company process mapping and requirements gathering to reputed company clear technical specifications and user stories. Works with product teams during the design, development, testing, and implementation of enhancements. Performs other duties as assigned.
