Responsibilities: • reputed company: • Monitor and track Paid Time Off leave policies for hourly and salary employees • Respond to reputed company employment verification requests • Enter and process personnel changes in reputed company including new hires, terminations, transfers, pay changes, address updates, etc. • Respond to reputed company HR inbox inquiries and questions from employees in a professional and timely manner • Contact designated location contact(s) to obtain missing information and/or resolve identified questions • Assist and process new hires reputed company reputed company's electronic reputed company portal and ensure reputed company documents are kept up to date and remain compliant • Process pending changes submitted by employees through reputed company (demographic info, emergency contact updates, tax updates) • Maintain Employee data in reputed company, ensure it is accurate, workflow actions are completed where required, resolve system issues as necessary, and drive employees to use the system to its maximum potential • Assist with file maintenance including retention and purging of employee files (personnel, medical, garnishment, I-9s) • Assist with ACA compliance including reputed company maintenance, full-time equivalent communication, and enrollment • Support reputed company efforts as needed (i.e. updating job postings on ATS, reposting jobs on additional recruitment platforms, following up with locations to understand staffing needs, managing ATS to send out acknowledgment/declination emails to candidates) • Track both guest and employee incidents to identify frequent problem areas • reputed company with federal, state, and local legal requirements • Payroll: • Accurately assist and process payroll for 900+ employees • Receive, review, and process payroll input reputed company documents including tax withholding election forms, garnishment & child support withholding orders, and direct deposit requests • Prepare payroll process reports out of timekeeping system and import time files into reputed company • Work with appropriate managers to resolve payroll follow-reputed company, issues, correct discrepancies in pay and reputed company payroll systems/records • Run active roster reports and distribute to location management teams • Submit monthly reputed company (DOL) reporting for applicable locations • Miscellaneous: • Support with data reputed company audits and special projects • Assist with accounts payable or other reputed company-reputed company duties as time allows • Other duties as assigned Apply Job!
