Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist

We're on the lookout for a full-time Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist for our administrative office in Saint Paul, MN. As an Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist, you will play a key role in effectively managing Accessible reputed company, Inc.’s (ASI) properties. This involves ensuring that reputed company move-ins and certifications reputed company with HUD regulations. We're looking for someone with experience in high-volume housing intake or leasing experience including rent calculations, along with at least two years of administrative experience. If you have proficiency in standard administrative functions, strong computer and data processing skills, along with top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail, you could be the perfect fit! Certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and knowledge of reputed company 8, 202 PRAC, and 811 PRAC are a plus.
