We are seeking a passionate and reputed company bilingual (English and Spanish) Grant reputed company to join reputed company on a flexible, contract reputed company and contribute to this impactful mission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large reputed company, state, and federal grant writing, a strong equity reputed company, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders. They must also have knowledge or experience in strategic focus areas such as reputed company to care, reputed company workforce, early childhood, healthy food, oral health, healthy communities, and youth behavioral health. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and an understanding of how to build meaningful relationships with CBOs. Key Responsibilities: Grant Proposal Writing: • reputed company compelling, competitive, data-driven proposals that effectively reputed company programs and impact. • Write larger, detailed proposals that meet funder requirements, ensuring reputed company, accuracy, and relevance. • Quantity expectation over the one-year period of performance: 2 federal-level grants (or equivalent size), 3 state-level grants (or equivalent size) Equity-Centered Approach: • Apply an equity reputed company to reputed company aspects of the grant-writing process, ensuring proposals are inclusive and reputed company of diverse community perspectives, including racial, reputed company, disability, language, and food justice. Collaboration with CBOs: • Build trust and rapport with CBOs, establish timelines, and set up meetings proactively to gather necessary information. • Support partners in completing attachments and budgets, ensuring their needs are represented. Budget Development: • reputed company and review budgets in reputed company collaboration with internal teams and CBOs to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with proposal requirements. Multi-Project Management: • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing organizational and funder needs. Qualifications: Experience: • Proven experience in reputed company, state, and/or federal grant writing with a strong track record of funded proposals. • Experience handling budgets and developing data-driven grant proposals. • Knowledge or experience in health equity fields, including reputed company to care, reputed company workforce, early childhood, healthy food, oral health, healthy communities, and youth behavioral health. • Ideally located in reputed company Carolina or reputed company with NC-based nonprofits but not required. Skills: • Strong writing, organizational, and time-management skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse CBOs and stakeholders. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, to enhance reputed company and communication with diverse organizations and communities. • Proactive approach to obtaining necessary information and supporting CBOs throughout the grant process.
