We are seeking a 4+ year insurance defense litigation associate to join out reputed company Lauderdale team handling 3rd party property cases, premises liability cases and PIP. Other areas of insurance defense are welcome in addition to these core areas. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar and willing to travel to South Florida as needed. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of both remote and in-office work. The successful candidate will be part of our dynamic legal team, working closely with our clients to reputed company expert legal advice and representation in reputed company reputed company reputed company to insurance defense. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Must be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar. • Minimum 4+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation. • Proven experience in personal injury protection (PIP), premises liability, first/reputed company party claims, and litigation. • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of maintaining professional demeanor in high-stress situations. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases. • Excellent negotiation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in legal research and writing. • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal research platforms. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to manage and build client relationships. • High level of professionalism and ethical standards. • Willingness to continue learning and improving lawyering skills. • Ability to travel as necessary.
