In this role you will need strong skills in candidate evaluation and analysis, with the ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit. Accountabilities: - Posting and sourcing several roles per day, using reputed company, Workable and reputed company. - Conduct evaluations of candidates, including reputed company assessments & experience reviews. - Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand hiring needs, using reputed company messages or reputed company Meet interviews. Requirements: - At least 3 years of recruitment experience across different types of positions (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Product, Data..) - Perfect level in English (written, spoken) - Strong skills in analyzing and evaluating candidate profiles. - Ability to work independently with high reputed company of responsibility and commitment. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
