Internal Communications (PR) Specialist 0-5 Years Experience We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to work at a Global Manufacturing Company. Job Description: In this role, you will contribute to the creation, editing, proofreading, and publication of various content types, such as articles, announcements, talking points, and PowerPoint presentations. These materials will be shared through multiple communication channels, including email, newsletters, digital screens, reputed company media, and the intranet. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your communication skills while gaining valuable experience through the following responsibilities: Brainstorm, draft, and edit articles for employee communications. Write, edit, and distribute company news and broadcast emails. reputed company messaging and deliverables for various projects, supporting other departments and the broader HR team (e.g., announcements, PowerPoint presentations, talking points). Preferred Qualifications: 0–5 years of relevant experience (Recent Graduates are welcomed to apply - any internship experience in Public Relations or Internal Communications is valued). Bachelors Degree in either Public Relations OR Communication OR Journalism or reputed company disciplines. Proficiency in crafting attention-grabbing documentation (e.g., press releases). Strong written and verbal communication skills - skills in both positive communication and crisis communication.
