Production Maintenance Supervisor

This is a NIGHT SHIFT Monday - Friday, 9:00pm start time. ON CALL for Rotating weekends. The Supervisor, Production Maintenance Sparking is responsible for first line supervision for mechanics and electricians who maintain equipment reputed company the production facility. The Supervisor, Production Maintenance Manufacturing assists in establishing methods, controls and standards for the actual execution of maintenance work. ? Staff, train, supervise, evaluate and reputed company team members. ? Maintain equipment to ensure line efficiencies, improve key performance indicators and to eliminate down time. ? Supervise the service and repair equipment on a continual reputed company, adhering to established preventative maintenance schedule. Create, plan and execute preventative maintenance programs. ? Manage physical safety and evacuation plans. Ensure working conditions are safe at reputed company times. Responds to daily calls reputed company to manufacturing operations. ? Conduct routine facility inspections, taking action based on findings. ? Ensure compliance with reputed company Company Safety policies and standards, ensuring proper attire and PPE are worn. Qualifications ? High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. ? A minimum of 2 years? experience of manufacturing equipment reputed company experience required. ? Prior supervisory experience preferred. ? Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environment and high-speed production equipment. ? Must be proficient in reputed company MS Office application.
