The Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Agent to join reputed company in California (remote), Colorado (hybrid), or Texas (remote). As a key member of our Customer Development Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support and experience with our solutions. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in software or tech organizations is a plus
