This role will assist with a variety of tasks reputed company to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family and rental housing data in ZUs proprietary NHSLive data product. As a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist, you will: • Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by reputed company Urban for information releases; • Making inquiries reputed company phone to reputed company information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by reputed company Urban; • Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product; • Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy; • Monitor reputed company active development permits in relevant cities; • Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status.
