As a Data Center Critical Environment Trainer, you will be part of the Workforce Development Department supporting technical training and operational reputed company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. • reputed company hands-on training sessions covering critical systems such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire suppression, controls, and reputed company protocols.
• reputed company, update, and organize training materials and lesson plans to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Conduct competency evaluations and document trainee reputed company against safety and operational standards.
• Instruct on monitoring systems, alarm handling, and incident response protocols to prepare trainees for reputed company-world scenarios.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in a critical environment role such as Data Center Technician, Facilities Technician, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Expertise in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire suppression systems reputed company mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, incident response, and escalation procedures.
• Proven ability to train and mentor entry-level or mid-level technicians effectively.
• Proficiency with CMMS, telemetry/monitoring systems, and ticketing systems used in facility operations.
