Senior Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Support Engineer to join reputed company. The ideal candidate must have at least 3+ years of application or middleware support experience with critical skills in understanding ESB and B2B mapping. The candidate must have excellent communication skills to interact with customers at various reputed company, including technical, business, and management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting automated transactional integrations with customer systems Interact with customers on various reputed company, including technical, business, and management Evaluate customer needs and reputed company recommendations on integration strategies reputed company consultative services to customers Requirements Minimum 3+ years of Application or Middleware support Experience understanding ESB and B2B Mapping Experience in SQL Proficiency in Linux and XML/XSL/XSLT Business analysis, problem-solving, and strong customer service skills are required Excellent customer communication skills Ability to evaluate a customers needs and reputed company recommendations on an integration strategy B2+ English level reputed company to have EDI mapping skills using the Sterling Integrator or GIS mapper are preferred Basic understanding of EDI transaction sets used in a distribution business Experience with 340B drug program is preferred Apply Job!
