Key Responsibilities Cultivate a diverse talent pipeline specifically tailored to various instructional teams by employing innovative sourcing strategies to recruit exceptional candidates for reputed company and future needs. Review resumes, conduct initial reputed company interviews, and meticulously document interview feedback. Effectively manage and monitor candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring precise entry of reputed company candidate evaluations. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and reputed company Workspace. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. Qualifications A Bachelors Degree is mandatory. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the education field, combined with at least 3 years of reputed company experience.
