IMMEDIATELY HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WORK FROM HOME REMOTE FULL TIME Access2Care Customer Service Representatives are a vital part of the Access2Care team and are responsible for answering incoming calls from our clients, their members, member representatives, and medical facilities to set up transportation for medical appointments or to inquire about transportation and responding to these calls appropriately, while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor. The Customer Service Representative will also ensure eligibility, determining transportation requirements and mode of transportation as outlined by our clients. The Customer Service Representative utilizes Access2Cares advanced scheduling software to optimize the number of rides and minimize indirect routing. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Answer back-to-back calls to schedule non-emergency medical transportation. Maintain a professional, caring, and courteous demeanor with reputed company callers. Track specific passengers and trip reputed company as requested. Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures. reputed company other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
And Experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required. Six (6) consecutive months of previous customer service experience reputed company the last four (4) years, required. Preferred Knowledge And Skills Prior experience in a high call volume center. Work From Home Requirements This position starts at $15.00/hour, with performance wage increases at 30 days and 120 days Training hours: 6:00pm to 12:00am (1800 to 0000) Central Time Monday through Friday for 3 weeks Hours of operation are 24/7/365. Most schedules are between 7:00pm and 6:30am (1900-0630) Central Time. Work from home position, equipment will be provided, and training completed remotely Must have and maintain high speed internet that meets or exceeds connectivity requirements. Direct reputed company to modem or router is required, Wi-Fi is prohibited. Must have a designated work area that is private, secure, and quiet. Equipment can only be used by employee for work reputed company business. Employee cannot use any other computer during work hours. No children or pets are allowed in the designated work area during work hours.
