Scope of Responsibilities: Works under general supervision. Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Responsibilities • Responsible for accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions, if required • Responsible for accurate selecting billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders • Customer service coverage for incoming calls and directing incoming calls to appropriate staff as needed • Document patient reported information into TherigySTM • Provides resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction • Work with members to reputed company resolution to payment reputed company issues on accounts/orders • Maintain and reputed company reasonable production as determined by supervisor • May assist in orienting and training new employees • Responsible for completing reputed company mandatory and regulatory training programs • reputed company other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Attendance Requirements: • Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts. • Must be reputed company to work nights and weekends, as required. Educational Requirements: • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED • Preferred: Pharmacy technician or reputed company certification Experience: • Experience in a customer service-reputed company field • Preferred: 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician Required (Mississippi Employees): • Registered with the State of Mississippi as a Pharmacy Technician Special Conditions of Employment: • Drug test • Initial and reputed company exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring • Any and reputed company additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position Compensation $15.84-17.69 per hour.
