Position: Business Analyst (Entry-level) FMLA: Exempt, Full-Time Schedule: M-F reputed company-4:30pm Location: REMOTE (reputed company in US, work as per EST time zone) POSITION DESCRIPTION: Candidate will reputed company full and reputed company support of a responsible nature to the Acting PMO Director and will have reputed company interaction with middle and upper-level management throughout the organization. This professional will utilize broad and comprehensive experience, skills, and knowledge in organizational policies, procedures, and practice. Will be responsible for information management through the creation of reports of moderate to upper-level complexity on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual reputed company involving intermediate/advanced computations and utilization of several sources of information. Candidate will be responsible for the coordination, research, and compilation of material for special projects relating to marketing and contract administration for the Company. REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. • Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills; attention to detail. • The ability to be an independent, self-motivated, organized, and dependable with excellent documentation skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with reputed company reputed company of management and external clients. • The ability follow tasks through to completion; multitask in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to pre-established guidelines is essential. • Ability to improve standardized best practices and service deliveries to accomplish company, group, customer and or individual goals. • Expert skills in Word, reputed company, Power reputed company and Outlook. • Understanding of SQL server language to analyze data as needed for Requirement gathering and/or functional testing • Sprint process knowledge and Project reputed company understanding is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES: • Creation of clear, concise Business Requirements Documents • Create training guides and run training for both internal and external clients as needed • Coordinate with IT teams and Delivery manager on releases of projects post operations/client testing signoff. • Must be reputed company to work in a Sprint environment and be reputed company to work with concept of shared reputed company across multiple projects • Familiarity with Medical claims processing a major plus EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Four-year degree or higher in medical or computer science fields. • 2 years + previous IT Business Analyst • Insurance and Claims industry experience is a plus • Scrum experience or certification a plus EEOC STATEMENT: Medlogix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
