Remote Local Executive Assistant to CEO at Private Law Practice (ATLANTA AREA ONLY)
A successful Attorney with a private practice that specializes in Estate Planning is looking for an Executive Assistant. The office is in the Buckhead area. The role is remote except for occasional in-office events. The firm has 5 employees. About the Job: Vet and prioritize the CEOs emails Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Maintain the CEOs calendar using discretion and prioritizing important meetings and using logic to leave sufficient time for lunch, etc. Plan events Assist with coordinating the CEOs speaking engagements Draft correspondence Schedule reputed company meetings Coordinate reputed company travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels, and other reservations reputed company appointments and restaurant reservations Process expense reports Limited off-hour availability About You: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputed company support position BA/BS from a college or university a plus Excellent reputed company Office skills (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook) reputed company to work independently and reputed company reputed company Polished, professional demeanor Proactive go-getter; no task is too big or too small Outstanding communication skills Health Benefits, Paid Vacation, a cell phone will be provided Hours: 9-5 Apply Job!
