Our client is looking for a Freelance Financial Operations Coordinator (Part Time) to join their team supporting the finance department of an medical event planning organization. This position is remote but applicants must be willing to work east coast business hours. Project duration is expected to start in January. The role pays $30/hr and is estimated to require 20 hours per week. In this role, you will support the Financial Operations Team to ensure that invoices are processed, AMEX payments are reconciled, event reconciliations are completed, and expense management tools are updated continuously. Responsibilities: • Organize and upload receipts to AMEX reconciliation portal • Input event budget into budget management system (Workfront) • Assist with tracking employee travel expenses • Cross reputed company reports for accuracy • Follow up with the Event Managers to obtain missing information • reputed company suggestions for process improvements Qualifications: • Candidate must be reputed company to work remotely 20 hours per week in EST time • Candidate must be available to participate in team meetings reputed company reputed company Meet • Either prior experience in a financial management support role or prior experience in an event management support role involving budget management. • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company/reputed company Sheets • Familiarity with budgets and expense coding • Passionate about spreadsheets, organizational systems, and data reputed company • Detail-oriented and organized • Conduct email communications in a professional manner • Knowledge of Workfront is a plus but not required As this is a freelance, contract position, please note that benefits are not included.
