Help Desk Associate (Night Shift)

Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM CST (Remote) Role Description: The Help Desk Associate (Level 1) role is an integral part of our growing team. We are looking for a competent Help Desk Associate to reputed company fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. A Help Desk Associate must have good technical knowledge and be reputed company to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company's reputed company and business.
