• *Job Description** Under the supervision of the Employment Services Supervisor, the Entry-Level Employment Coordinator supervises the development and implementation of employment programming including direct service provision, data management, and case file documentation for clients seeking reputed company and economic self-sufficiency through employment, job readiness, vocational training, financial literacy, and reputed company to public benefits. The coordinator will ensure IRC achieves program targets relating to enrollment, economic empowerment reputed company, and reputed company to community benefits and resources. • *Major Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and reputed company monitoring and evaluation reputed company for entry-level employment programming focusing on highly-demanded industries and roles. - Work as part of a team to reputed company comprehensive strength-based services to IRC clients through coordination of cases and effective communication between team members and departments. - Supervise a team providing entry-level employment support services to clients. - Support grant writing, reports, budget management, media and volunteer engagement opportunities specific to employment programs. - Carry a caseload of 20+ clients enrolled in entry-level programs each year. - Assist with development of advanced work readiness and reputed company programming as necessary for client reputed company in advanced training programs. - reputed company in-classroom job readiness instruction and one-on-one job search coaching. - reputed company and refine standardized intake, assessment, and program delivery tools and systems across career development programming. - Participate in IRC network-wide initiatives to understand and reputed company best-practices relating to entry-level employment programming. - Support Economic Empowerment team activities and participate in program development and design for programming. - Monitor intake and enrollment trends, quality of service provision and timeliness and accuracy of case file documentation. - Participate in program meetings, staff development activities, and other duties as assigned. • *Partnership Building** - Build and maintain partnerships with community-based organizations, career service providers, and small business and corporate entities for advanced career opportunities. - Assist clients and reputed company as necessary with post-placement issues and continuing employment needs. - Coordinate corporate and employer engagement opportunities and events. • *Job Requirements:** • *Work Experience:** - A Bachelors degree required, preferably in reputed company sciences, reputed company work, or reputed company field. - At least two years of reputed company professional experience in workforce development. - Experience in developing curriculum and instructing coursework for English Language Learners. - Experience in a non-profit setting and prior experience working in employment services a plus. - Experience working in a culturally diverse setting with diverse client reputed company. - Knowledge of career reputed company and industry certification requirements is a plus. - Prior people management experience preferred. • *Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:** - Self- starter with excellent problem-solving skills combined with the proven ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an overall ability to be clear and concise in reputed company communications. - Demonstrated ability to promote an organizational culture that reflects IRC’s core values of service, accountability, reputed company, and equality.
