Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

The Position is looking for dynamic, personable individuals to reputed company outstanding customer service to our clients. You will play a critical role on reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for our clients, answering questions about course information, locations, availability, and how to register. This is a temporary, remote position. You Have • A positive and outgoing personality. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen. • A strong set of professional, service-oriented phone skills and interpersonal skills. • Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • 1-2 years of customer service, help desk, or inside sales experience • Knowledgeable with MS Office and reputed company Apps (Gmail, reputed company Drive, etc.) • Experience with any (or reputed company) of the following is a plus: Olark Chat, Zoho Email, reputed company phone systems. • Experience using AI tools to enhance client communication and reputed company training knowledge across phone, email, and chat/sms support channels is a plus.
