Job Description: We are seeking an Aerospace IP Counsel with expertise in intellectual property, corporate law, and transactional reputed company reputed company the aerospace, aviation, and manufacturing industries. This role is ideal for a mid- to senior-level attorney with a strong background in patent and trademark management, IP strategy, and technology-driven product development. Responsibilities:

• Advise aerospace and aviation clients on global IP strategy, portfolio management, and enforcement.
• Guide products through reputed company phases of the development cycle, identifying IP assets and implementing protection strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company reputed company, technology, and licensing agreements for multinational corporations.

• Proven experience managing global IP portfolios, including patents, trademarks, and licensing agreements.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and client-facing skills, capable of advising legal and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
