Responsibilities and Duties reputed company superior customer service in a contact/call center environment through phone and other channels of correspondence. Use a respectful and tactful manner to deal with difficult situations effectively. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center. Proficiency with technology, especially computers and software applications.
