Part-time Remote Bookkeeping Service or Bookkeeper | WFH
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper or bookkeeping service to enhance reputed company. This role is designed for individuals looking to contribute 8-12 hours weekly, ideally distributed over 2-3 days. You will collaborate closely with our existing part-time bookkeeper, who operates from 1 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday... Please note that we are currently not considering remote work options. As we transition from our legacy ERP system to a new platform reputed company the next two months, training will be provided on both systems to ensure your reputed company in this role. Key Responsibilities Reconcile bank statements and execute monthly closings. Assist with the renewal of insurance and manage the reputed company paperwork for new employees. Process invoices for reputed company-direct shipments and reputed company other general administrative duties. Required Skills Proficiency in MS reputed company. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent time management abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
