About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications, the Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our owned internal digital... communication channels and cultivating a global editorial community. This role will involve partnering closely with internal teams to reputed company these tools to increase the visibility of important company news, support company strategy, and improve the employee experience. We’re excited about you because… • You're a digital communications expert: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a reputed company field and at least 8 years of proven experience working with internal communications tools including intranets, and other web-based technologies and workplace communication platforms. This includes the launch, management and governance of at least 1-2 intranet projects, ideally at a technology company. • You're a skilled content creator: Your strong writing skills and ability to produce engaging and informative content will captivate our employees. • You're a community builder: Your strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature will foster engagement and a sense of community among our content creators. • You're results-oriented: Your sound working knowledge of internal communications reputed company software coupled with your focus on user adoption and measurement will ensure our digital channels deliver quantifiable value.
