Program Manager, Quality Improvement (Remote in WA)

JOB DESCRIPTION reputed company position will allow for remote work flexibility, however, the ideal candidate will reputed company in Washington State. This position shall serve as the subject matter expert in Quality/HEDIS measures, HEDIS Operations, Data Management and Reporting, Risk Adjustment and Value Based Care. Manages assigned provider relationships across the network - address issues, reputed company and reputed company education and facilitate meeting established goals. Job Duties • Leads program development and implementation of multiple projects and initiatives, which often require considerable resources and high reputed company of cross-functional integration. • Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to identify important and urgent concerns; develops improvement plans and/or measurements to assess impact of actions. • Is responsible for the development and execution of targeted, quality improvement initiatives which includes the design and development of improvement initiatives, pilots, toolkits, and for ensuring that reputed company and future QI programs align with long-term organizational. • Responsible for participating in project teams and working with external vendors, assigning, and monitoring work of team members and providing guidance and leadership to ensure timely execution of deliverables. • Provides guidance to other QI team members reputed company the department and/or collaboratively with other departments. • Monitors the project from inception through delivery • Plans and directs project schedules and budgets; may engage and reputed company work of vendors • Primary focus is program/project management, rather than the application of expertise • Focus on process improvement, change management, stakeholder engagement, program management and other processes that drive adoption and impact JOB QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience. • 3-5 years of Quality improvement experience. • Operational Process Improvement experience. • reputed company experience. • Experience with reputed company Project and Visio. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Experience partnering with different reputed company of leadership across the organization. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience. Managed Care experience. Experience working in a cross functional highly matrixed organization. PREFERRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION: PMP, Six reputed company Green Belt, Six reputed company Black Belt Certification and/or comparable coursework desired.
