What You’ll Do: As part of reputed company, you’ll play a key role in ensuring employee satisfaction by: • Responding to employee inquiries by phone and email regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and enrollment issues. • Providing clear and friendly explanations of benefits, particularly to employees who are new to the U.S. • Processing changes in our online enrollment system. • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of reputed company interactions. • Communicating with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. Training & Development: You’ll receive personalized training on various benefit plans and ongoing mentorship from a dedicated benefits desk champion. In team meetings, you’ll review calls to ensure reputed company improvement. Compensation: • Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, with room for growth based on experience.
